The ambience is amazing and its sea facing making it very romantic but also making it a great place to come with friends…we had the chicken baida roti and coffee which was to die for….we just wish the pasta had more flavor and character to it as it was really sweet and was missing key tones. The service was amazing everyone was so kind

Food quality was exceptional. Staff is polite and prompt with the service as well. Tried the fish and chips, wings platter and prawns toast. 10/10 would recommend

Excellent food. All cuisines are made well. Efficient service by all staff especially Shivnath. The view of the sea adds to the experience. Regular visitor.

I have been a regular visitor at Carter Road Social for the past five years and always appreciated its unique vibe and ambiance. However, today’s experience was deeply disappointing and unlike what I have come to expect from this place. Despite being seated at a table and yet to place our order, one of the staff members abruptly asked us to vacate it, stating that the table was meant for six guests — even though it clearly accommodated four. The manner in which this was conveyed was discourteous and unprofessional, leaving us quite taken aback. It’s unfortunate that a place once known for its friendly service and good food has now declined in both hospitality and quality. This experience has certainly changed my opinion, and it is likely to be my last visit — not only to this outlet but to any of the Social outlets. Consistency in respect and courtesy to loyal patrons is as important as food and ambiance — something that seems to have been forgotten here.

The food was below average. Sorry to say, it was bad. The vegetarian ramen bowl is a joke. No experiment or uniqueness. I ordered kimchi ramen AND GOT NON SHINRAMYUN FOR 460 rupees? Cheap noodle packet? That was also not cooked properly and was as salty as sea. No veggies not even a slice of tofu/mushroom but there were dehydrated veggies from seasoning packet. Disgusting! And the other veg ramen options were peanut butter chilly ramen? The insta recipe? The Guava drink was watered down. I should have just ordered salt water.

the main manager was snobbish and we tried to talk to him cherrfully even then he was being arrogant...he halfway bald and didn't want us there apparently...i tried to suggest a song to the dj with he played but the manager as if he was a monarch tried to push us....very rude don't want him there and rest were good....we made a bill of atleast 25k

The staff is extremely rude and won't help you with anything. One of the waitress didn't even bother to answer my question. the wait time is also too much and they won't tell you how much time it's gonna take.
