Social comes to the rescue when you cannot find a place in famous joints. Good food and vibe. although, they should have temperature controls on AC and the music has to be tempered down, it's not a club..! People come here to eat, drink and Converse.

The staff are not well trained. when asked for Gluten Free food as I'm Gluten allergic, one staff member, without checking just says it's not there. The menu shows some veg dishes which were gluten free. The other staff member was looking and when we called him, he named 3-4 Veg dishes which were Gluten Free. Such a big chain and the staff is rude?! Other food items which contained gluten were very average - Veg Pizza - Mac and Cheese pasta. Food at Social Palladium is way better.

we were 8 of us and the seating arrangement was sooooooo uncomfortable! the servers were ignorant.. the food menu has changed drastically and too bad..quality and taste of food has changed over time which was bad!!! overall we didn't like the experience cause it was super super noisy especially being Sunday!! bad music selection as well! not ideal.. I think the palladium one is way better! tooo congested!! no proper seating for a big group! too bad!

It was so bad. We ordered the kimchi chicken ramen bowl and were served packaged shin ramen with two dumplings on the side. I understand if on the menu it was mentioned that it was a packaged ramen but it nowhere said that. We are very disappointed. It is like ordering 600 rupees noodles and getting served Maggi with no heads up.

Instead go to a less overrated place, they overbook and send people inside when seating is not enough, we had to sit with other people..half of menu items not there and drinks are diluted.....Colaba social not worth the hype....Poor customer service

I had visited this place on their anniversary where they had 50% discounts but the rush was crazy. The result? Food was pathetic, service was slow and it was chaos. Social in Delhi and Gurgaon are much better.
