This is definitely one of the most hyped clubs for the price and services it offers. I visited the place with my wife after checking online as the best club in Mumbai. Although there were reviews suggesting its poor service and many other things I made a mistake of ignoring it. To begin with, 1) I booked a table for 2 through the district app and it also said there is no cover charges at the entry. However when I went there there was a 500 rupees cover per person. 2) As we sat there there is no service whatsoever, it’s all self service. Even the food/ beverage menu are only at the counter. So if you want to have something you have to go till the counter and order and wait till it arrives. Then go to your seat if it’s still there as someone else would might be seated there. 3) Then they denied payment through the district app and said they have cut ties with Zomato and I’ll have to do the payment normally. 4) The food and beverages are way overpriced considering that it’s there in Lalit hotel. The set up inside and music was good but the overall experience was very dissatisfying.

Visited Kitty Su after a gap as I've shifted to Bangalore. Really poor vibes on a Saturday night. Staff so rude that it doesn't even treat paying customers properly. I was told that they can't take order for a take away sandwich from the menu by a bartender at the bar counter in red uniform on Saturday night. I just bought a drink and decided to leave the place soon with our group as there is no hospitality at the venue. Definitely not recommended to go there if you are looking for a good experience. Doesn't look like a 5star too. It has shady looking computer A4 size printed menus which are difficult to trust as anyone can paste anything on it. The bouncers, the bar tenders are all so rude that it feels like you're in a Jail. Also they should be raided by the tax authorities, no receipt for any transactions at the bar. I bought drinks and food, but didn't get any bill for cash or card payment.

The worst possible management. All they want is to make money. There was a party arranged for the LGBT community. Regarding the nature of the party, the front desk had not communicated at the time of entry. Only after I paid the cover charge did I find out. Extremely negative management communication experience. It's not that I oppose any community but it's just that my purpose for the party was different. It was full waste of money. Please check before you pay any entry fee. If not, the management will just show regret at the end.

Let me explain in detail 1. Food menu printed on A4 size sheet and hardly 5 to 6 thinks to eat that also worst quality and quantity, i ordered sandwich worth 500 and had only two bread and hardly any veggie in between 2. My cousin has come to visit mumbai, due to social media hype i went to kitty su, but there were no crowd at all on Friday night, runied the evening 3. On entry they were taking entry fee and only providing 50% cover. 4. DJ also not good at all

A very over hyped place.Very small with average music, bare minimum things to order like fries, sandwich, potato wedges and 1-2 more..They will take ages to deliver to one food item and meanwhile either you will wait to start your drink or you will finish atleast two drinks before the food arrives.Cover charge doesnot justify the place..not recommended at all. Moreover they have a common washroom area which is a room for smokers as well. Bad experience

The club was empty till 1:30 am. The crowd was mostly stag and the menu was not elaborate for both food and drinks. Highly not recommended. created so much hype for this on social media , but not worth it.

Worst place to go, I don't understand why it is so recommended on Instagram. The vibes, crowd is very poor. Food menu is very basic and very expensive. Not expected such crap from The Lalit.

This place is overhyped, overpriced and dead. Highly not recommended. they don't even have food and beverage menu just a print out on an A4 page. absolutely not worth the money and time.

Plz enquire before going and they charge for just entry with no cover charges. Not recommended
