Visited this awesome place yesterday. It was Karwa Chauth night (PS: I wasn't fasting but love to celebrate) and the whole place was decked up beautifully. Red rose was presented to all the ladies...candles n flowers on the table. An exceptional setup outside for those who wished to break their fast seeing the moon. Now coming to the food and service ...Service was top notch unlike at Marriot where they now take their guests for granted. Food ...we were plain lucky. The buffet spread was specialised due to the festival night ...Right from chat tikki gol gappe bhalle to crispy salt n pepper n paneer tikka. They were even serving traditional hot kesar n nuts milk. A soothing strawberry based welcome drink was offered to everyone. The servers were kind enough to fetch the starters for us to our table. Special thanks to Ram and Vishan for being super courteous. If service is so good, I can actually ignore the main course veggies. The Dal Baluchi was really good but the paneer n mushroom were strong on certain overpowering flavours.There was a Pasta station too ...n unlimited mocktails :) I also liked the vermicili noodles and the chinese fare. The best part was desserts ...Numerous options including Indian mithai. The live music and the beautiful ladies added to the magical night. Rs 3400/- in total for two ..worth it! Am unforgettable experience!! Will surely visit again :)

M a fan of nik bakers. But the cake i recently tried from Lalit was amazing. One of the best cakes i have had in Chandigarh. Looking forward to try others. Although a bit expensive but worth trying.

THE BEST PLACE IN CHANDIGARH FOR A COFFEE DATE❣️ The staff is friendly if I compare it with other parts of The Lalit. JUST THE BEST Must try - Brownie with icecream ♥️❣️

We loved the ambience of this restaurant. Although the service was a bit lagging as per the standards a 5 star should maintain. We bought a promotional deal from little and had 2 hot cappuccinos with a sandwich. The whole coffee experience was great except the service part at the staff end. Good luck!

Well i expected a lot more from The Lalit as it is the Grandest Hotel of Chandigarh,but still it was all good here. I had a Cold Coffee n Chocolate Truffle Pastry n my friend had a Fruit tart,everything was as good as it should be,Service was good,no complaints here!

Tis place will take you with the first sit of its ambiance. The place is so well maintained and the interior is so beautiful. But tats the only best part about tis place. The service is a bit slow and the variety on the menu is also not too much

A decent cafe which offers good taste on snacks. Cakes are average and I found them too creamy, but that’s my personal preference. Overall it’s a good cafe around IT Park area.

Service 4 Ambience 4.5 We went here for coffee and loved the caramel cold coffee and hot cappuccino. Veg sandwich was not that good. overall rating is 4.5.

Decent place but over priced and the food lacks that amazing 5 star taste, it was generic and nothing out of the world, hope this improves in the future.
