I order an ice cream from natural ice cream and it was take away. The people there were awesome. They greet me with warm welcome ... and the manager kuldeep singh was so polite and calm. I was so impressed with there attitude customer service and I will recommend everyone to be this place and taste this at least...... lovely people lovely taste ....wow Kudos to kudeep and team....🤩

I just love their ice creams😍 I'm so addicted to there choco chip ice cream that almost every second day I drive with my family to their outlet and I crave to have all the delicious ice creams they serve. Its a heavenly feeling. Must try❤

Naturals is one place where you get the taste of creamy ice creams with real fruits. There's no flavor of naturals that I disliked. My favorites though would be Tender coconut, Sitaphal, mango and the recent one Peach and apricot

This place serves best ice-creams .....all it's flavors are very tasty ......each flavor is special in it's own way .....you will never get disappointed with any flavor.....loved their coconut flavor a lot ....must try

This place has some very good quality ice cream.. the tender coconut ice cream is to die for. Mango, sitaphal, chocolate are also good. But I wish they lower there restaurant charges...

Everyone likes Ice cream, but naturals actually is love.  Great taste of ice creams with real fruits. Must try for everyone.

I had ordered 4 scoops of sitaphal icecream but received only 2 scoops. Now the restaurant is forcing me to place another order which is not possible for me. They are not even issuing the refund. Why should I suffer for the restaurant's mistake. This is totally not fair. I will never order from Natural's. Guys they don't make up for their mistakes. I feel helpless 😞.

Many times they do not have the items you ordered and you then have a tough time cancelling the order. They tell you to buy something else as they themselves can not cancel. Zomato cancels after showing great favor that they are cancelling as exception. The Zomato site should have one of the reason that restaurant declined.

Pathetic outlet. Items are always missing from the order. They charge the full amount but do not deliver the correct number of items. This has happened 4 times. Have asked Zomato to blacklist this outlet.

The outlet was full of small bugs. Even the Ice cream was melted. Poor hygiene and maintenance. Not expected from Naturals
