⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Honestly, this is the best food I’ve had in Varanasi. Banaras is known for its street food, but when it comes to cafés and restaurants, this place really stands out. The Paneer Tilka was incredibly soft and flavorful. The Veg Power Bowl was outstanding.. every element cooked perfectly, from the tofu and rice to the avocado paste. The stuffed chicken breast was juicy, well-seasoned, and filled with delicious stuffing. The dessert is on another level,an absolute banger. They also have a cute book and toys corner, where you can actually sit, unwind, and read. Such a cozy touch! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a café that gets everything right.

I have tried this restaurant a number of times over the course of my long-ish stay in Varanasi, and I just fail to understand the hype. Ibread a review calling this place and "gastronomic experience" and couldn't help wondering if the person has actually tasted what truly good food is, because whatever Roma's serve ain't it. The pizzas are simply bad! Tye very first time I had their pizza I loved it. But then, with time, the quality has fallen abysmally low. And unfortunately, I can say the same for almost everything on their menu. The burgers are underwhelming, pasta is too oily and too full of sauce, too soft that it breaks when it go to pick it up with a fork. And for the quality, the prices just don't match. My actually rating is 2 stars, but I added one for the drinks which are decent. Roma's need a serious rebranding and reinvigorate their recipes. There is only so long you can go on just the initial hype. People are smart nowadays, they catch up real quick and competition is off the charts. I am requesting as a former regular of the place, please consider levelling up your recipes. They need more flavour. Get better cooks, because everyone on the block can serve great tasting North Indian but that was not your branding, was it? Please hire people who understand the flavours that go on pizzas and pastas, who can make it taste different from a paneer makhni... you need to consider the flavours too if you're aiming to serve multiple cuisines in your diner. There is no novelty here anymore!

It’s always a letdown when you’re excited for a meal and it just doesn’t deliver, and honestly, this visit felt like a string of "almosts." The chicken was so dry it felt like it had been sitting out in the sun, and the slow service definitely didn't help keep it juicy. Even the mashed potatoes were a total miss—they were just plain, smashed spuds without a hint of seasoning or flavor. While the Veg Au Gratin was okay and the Masala Lemonade did its job, nothing really stood out, not even the Mango Cheesecake, which ended the night on a pretty forgettable note. Between the long wait and the bland food, it just wasn't the soulful, tasty experience I was hoping for.

The food is good and so is the owner but the staff is super stubborn , arrogant and rude i used to love the ambience, food and vibe but since the staff has started acting up it really ruins the mood + if you take some guests with you it ruins the image in front of everyone , humble request to owner to work on staff soft skills, manners and the annoyed face they put on.

The quality of the food has been degrading over time . I have been ordering tiramisu from here and I have on multiple occasions received stale/ old tiramisu. The cream gets sour and the whole thing smells and on raising complaints , there is no resolution. Do better . Very disappointing.

Overhyped restaurant, no proper parking space. If one wants to relish good taste, shall avoid and try other better options.. Food tastes average.
