Imran was the person who has assisted is for mothers say celebration and he was very kind and patience enough to listen to our allergies and the customise our dishes accordingly. I am visiting this place after so long it’s has been changed completely but food remains same which I love the most..

The charcuterie board was a highlight, great flavors. Tiramisu was delightful as well. Filet Mignon felt a tad bit under-seasoned, but the cook was perfect. All in all, great experience and service, would come back for sure.

Food was served cold. We had to get the bill corrected. Service was very slow and we had to remind them multiple times for our food. Food selection is also so-so

Visited today with my wife and kid and was really let down due to various reasons. Firstly, the service was pathetic- even though the place was empty, was asked if I have prior reservation( I had called in beforehand and was told that no booking is required); food and beverage were not served together, even though I requested it such. We ordered French toast and omelette with truffle oil. The omelette, which I used love at the deli, was tough as rubber and had no flavour or taste; the tomato served along was not well roasted. I had to even fetch cutlery from other vacant tables as the server was only available while bringing the food and beverage. Very bad experience.

It took more than 40 minutes for food to come after placing the order. Basic cutlery were missing in the table. The food average.

I ordered a salad today which I thought tasted really funny… turns out it had a blue cheese dressing! No mention of blue cheese among the ingredients on the menu, nor did the server bother to tell me when I ordered it. I only found out when i got my bill. If I hadn’t been in a rush I would have raised an issue at the restaurant. I normally really enjoy the food at Smokehouse Deli, but this was an awful experience. Menu descriptions really need work!

The food was decent. But we found a cockroach running through our table full of food. And they really didn’t do anything about it. Neither did they change the food nor the table. It made me question the hygiene they are keeping but they seem to didn’t care. Not going again.

The food was below average not what you expect from smoke house deli. The staff was clueless about any of the orders. Would not recommend to visit here as this outlet is just mismanaged and food is bad
