One of the best burger places in Andheri! Loved the food there! So many varieties available that you will be tempted to go there again and again and try all the items out. The staff is also very nice and the ambiance of the place is also pretty good. African spiced popcorn chicken and chicken tenders are a must try. Definitely visit this place if you are ever in Andheri West. Recommended dishes Chicken Fried Chicken, American Mafia, African Spice Chicken Wings, Spiced Fries

The Sasaucy Clucker Burger was absolutely delicious , perfectly crispy with a great balance of crunch and barbecue sauce inside. The Barque Wings were equally impressive, served in a portion of 8 pieces and packed with flavor. The fries were of really good quality as well and were filling enough to almost complete the meal. A special mention to Shabnam for being extremely polite and providing excellent service. Thank you!

If you are on hunt for a killer burger than The Serial Griller is the one. 😂 They have 4 branches in Andheri East, Andheri West, Chembur and Khar. Great place for grabbing a quick gourmet burger. Taste - 3.8/5 Service - 3.5/5 Ambiance - 3.5/5 VFM - 3.5/5

Saw a lot of reels on this place decided to try it out , here is my honest review Food - 3.5/5 - the taste was good but given the price point I expected more quality food , we had ordered two burgers , a Nashville style hot and a double trouble chicken , add on of fries and peach iced tea The fries were already soggy by the time it came to us we did ask for a peri peri upgrade which they happily agreed at no extra cost (the price is already high for the quantity of fries you get ) the iced tea was decent cold since it had a lot of ice in a small container of probably 350 ml it was a little too sweet maybe some lemon wedges some mint leaves could have been added , The burger was also decent - a fat breast piece fried and dipped in hot sauce makes the body of the Nashville burger , could be a lot more juicer The double trouble was heavy literally two people could share it with some appetizer and a drink a lot of cheese and chicken make it filling , here I missed a brioche bun given I am paying 500 on a premium burger , this was also good if definitely not the best Service - it's a self service restaurant but we still had someone come take our order , they also served it , it took approx 25 mins but the wait time wasn't that bad the ambience is good we sat outside since the A/c wasn't on , maybe coz it was a Tuesday evening and they didn't expect guests , we were the only customers at 6 pm . Washroom was clean and overall a clean and decent place to dine Price - The price is high for the food , given the quality is held back , they can easily offer handmade fries , good iced tea and better tasting food at the price point , I would not say it's value for money but at the same time you wouldn't feel cheated as they serve a good meal To summarise- good ambience , good food , high price , decent service, average wait time If you have zomato gold Book a 30% off and then visit

This restaurant has change the pricing of everything over more than hundred percent of what it used to be… first, most super disappointing thing because the quality remains the same. Also, the mayo used is of a very cheap quality. Also very annoying to have peri peri masala on top of everything. You can have dinner at a Place with much better ambience and quality for the same value you pay here. completely dissatisfied as nobody even explains to you. The offers available or how things work until and unless they punch out your entire bill and ask you, do you want an extra burger? Why would somebody want an extra burger once they finished their meal? It made absolutely no sense, Very disappointed!

I recently visited this place with my friends and it was shockingly empty on a Sunday afternoon, which we should have considered as a red flag. We still decided to give it a shot and ordered the Surprise Mofo Meal—little did we know, the real surprise was coming later. As soon as we started eating, we noticed the patty looked dark and grayish. We thought it was because of the sauces, but something felt off. The patty was definitely undercooked we even found some weird, unchewable pieces, but we didn’t realize how bad it was at the time. Fast forward to the next day, and all of us were sick—vomiting, nausea, weakness, the whole deal. Turns out, it was food poisoning, which was later confirmed by the doctor. I'm just writing this so no one else has to go through what we did. Eat at your own risk guys. P.S. - The food in the picture looks tempting, but looks can be deceiving.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience! The burger I received was clearly 2–3 days old — the patty had a dirty, foul smell and tasted spoiled. Nachos were soggy and not at all crispy, and the fries were just 🤮. This was supposed to be "gourmet"? Definitely not! I will never ever order from here again. Total waste of money and a huge disappointment.
