Went to the bar Sip & savour. Very poor customer service. Food quality is very bad, any starter you order, it will come after 45 minutes. Apart from 2-3 waiters there is no supervisor or manager . Waiters ask guest to get up and speak with manager but manager ain't come to the table. Yes, that's true in Agartala there is no bar & people have no choice but come here. It seems sonar tari takes this for granted . They don't serve ice with drink with the excuse that ice machine doesn't work. Like really ?
