Tried calling a few times for a reservation, but it seems this place is *permanently* fully booked… no matter the day, time, or even decade. The staff handles it with impressive diplomacy though, they manage to be polite *and* rude at the same time.

The service is pathetic waiters does not attend the guest frequently u need to call the waiters each and every time for any requirement The service is also slow and not up to the mark regarding the fact that it's a five star property Also the size of the breads is literally too small for even one person , smaller than the one made in our houses. overall not money worthy They even don't provide u the mouth freshener, u need to ask them repeatedly for it and still what u will get is merely fennel seeds only Not acceptable from a renowned property like this.

Pathetic service by the team. No one answers the call and entertains the customer. We are paying you money not coming in for free food. Show some respect towards your customers. Also even u r one of the top chains doesn’t give u authority to treat people like shit.

Would have given a (-)1 if there was an option.Horrible experience, the worst ever! At the entrance they wanted to see if I had a reservation. No where it stated that to enter the property you need a reservation. You can't walk into their restaurant. After the long day when you want to have a good meal and experience you get the worst.The guards themselves were rude and were like can you park your car near the gate and make a reservation, when you ask them for the restaurant number, they didn't even bother to respond. I think they have confused themselves of being 'Taj' rather than being close to the Taj cause it seems you need tickets to even enter the property, even if all you need is to go to the restaurant. Simply horrible! I would never want to even enter the 'precious' land again.

Oberoi’s are at top of food chain in Hotel industry for a reason. From vast properties to excellent service they aim to please. Amarvilas has great bar to enjoy with Taj view and excellent food prepared in the restaurant with recommendation from the chef.

One of the worst Oberoi’s I have been to! Hardly had 10 things on the lunch menu.. I had asked for a tomato base risotto but they chose to give me a white base one. Nothing great about this one place compared to the other amazing properties of Oberoi’s. Not going back ever and not advising anyone to ever go to..

Extra ordinary is the word. Firstly I am pleased to see such hospitality and ambience of the hotel which was beyond amazing. Water fountains at the entrance added grace. The ambience of the restaurant though was ordinary. Food was amazing and so was hospitality. We had good North Indian snacks and food. Food:8/10 Ambience: 6/10 Hospitality: 9/10 They specially arranged a cake for birthday.

My dining experience at Bellevue has a story to it. So my Maid of Honor and I left from Delhi on the pretext of spending the day together for my bachelorette. She set up the whole thing and we ended up in Amarvilas, Agra ! We were welcomed in a lovely way at Bellevue and I received a bouquet of flowers with a congratulatory note for getting married soon! We  ordered our food and whilst we waited our server was kind enough to serve us some chaat appetizers on the house. We ordered a pasta dish and a risotto. Both were really authentic and good. I must mention that our asparagus risotto was simply amazing. We requested the chef to prepare this as per our requirement and they were very accommodative to make our dining experience lovely!.  Since it was a bachelorette celebration, the restaurant arranged for a chocolate cake for us with a sweet message. Also to add, overlooking the Taj Mahal whilst sitting in an uber luxurious setup makes this dining experience a special one and one of a kind ! It gives you a royal feel that a palace has to offer!
