I say overall experience is average not good . in my side I gave 3 star ratings. because service is not good might delay in orders and meals is fulloff tasteless until unless only snacks are overall good.

service is very slow...They served food us in crockery that has detergent smell. They charge Service charge from us without over wish.

3rd class place with 3rd class service. You have to run behind to give order, get plates, forks, spoons . At times you may have to go to kitchen to pick spoon plates yourself. Service charge is mandatory if you are paying via dine out. These people needs apps to market themselves and drive traffic but won't accept payment via dine out if you ask them to remove SC. If you find hair in soya chaap you have to proof it with facts. Don't even able to differentiate between quality of customers. If there is hair in chaap they cannot replace you have pay and order another plate. Amazing palce. Never visited such a pathetic place like this in last 12-14 yrs

strange behaviour of staff the waiter ask for 200rs tip forcefully and unnecessary laughing on customer idk why.
