service was terrible, had to wait 10 mins even after reserving the table. table was dirty, had to tell them atleast 5 times to clean up the table.

So, the food is average. services are very poor. they took 25-30 mins. to prepare 2 cups of tea. they lack accountability and customer service. Need to improve their services.

I hv place a order one masala dosa on other day masala dosa taste is pathetic is too salty and too much of thick and too much of cruchy like a pappad and too much of old the dosa colour is too much of dark on other guest they provided good taste. on another day I going to gmb I am searching my table and sit than one waiter attend to me I am told them plz give a sprite and mocktail menu than I saw the person can attend to me sit them and talk them after some time than saw one another waiter forcefully cocacola bottel place on my table even my concept is clear than why he is place a coca on my table again I am asking place mocktail menu no one can send them than I am again told them plz chilled water bottel they have to place room temperature water bottel on my table on anger I am stand them and going them to the restaurant but senior person stop them and try to get a service than I saw the I am place a chole bhature they are served in disposable plates and disposable spoon they treated like I am seek and I am lower caste

Maine apni life main pehle itna ghatiya aur sust manager(yogesh) aajtak nahi dekha hai jise suite pehene ka shok hai lekin uski kya responsibility aati hai pata ho sirfff ghumta rehta hai aur yeh bhi nahi pata hota kaunsa order kab ka hai

It is extremely unhygienic. They don’t even clean the outdoors, no idea what cleanliness they would maintain while preparing food. Gol gappa place is dirty Whole outdoor area is unhygienic
