This place is amazing - the ambience, food and the drinks all are the best. Kudos to the hospitality of Abhishek, Haider and Asif - lovely staff who cares about the experience of the customers - they make sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face. Would love to visit this place again. A must visit if you are in Agra :)

Awesome dining experience! Bbq,dimsums, salads,kebabs and curries. Magnificent view of Taj Mahal, wonderful people and great care. Would love to go back and recommend this.

I am giving 3 stars for ambiance and views only. The staff was rather unwelcoming, drinks and food mediocre yet pricy. I did not enjoy being asked if I want the bill while still sipping my drinks. Neither did I enjoy that a 5 star hotel bar refused to share WiFi password. Toilet (belonging to hotel not bar) were on the dirty side :/ but if you look really really far, you can see the Taj Mahal :)

Restaurant food was OK ok not good not bad It's really fast experience with north indian food I never received Such kind of test less Food 3 Service 2.5 Ambiance 1.3 Decor 1

What a awesome place with lovely taj view one side, but when i ordered one mediterranean wrap and picked it, my hand got oil all over and as i copmlaint to chef, he wonderfully replied that it is steam...omg and refused to replace it..hats off to the radisson hospitality

Beginning from the aura of the place, it was undoubtedly magnificent. But the hotel staff did not seem to welcome us as we looked "Desis" . We were "advised" by Mr. Pravendra to opt for the other restaurant even when the tables were empty. We were told that the tables would be available after an hour, when we asked him for the waiting area he clearly stated that it won't do any good. Such a discourteous behaviour seemed nothing but another case of Racial Profiling. If my slippers and desi accent irks your staff so much then the struggle by M.K Gandhi in South Africa against racism goes in vain.

Unwelcoming staff..guess they just want to lick boot of foreigners who will tip them in dollars..Taj hotels seriously need to look at their hospitality service being provided at this hotel..giving a bad name to their chain..food, drinks, ambience everything goes down the drain when the staff is this level pathetic.
