It was one of the most pathetic experience of a 5 star hotel. No good service and no good food. Sabji came, chapati got cold. Chapati came and sabzi got cold. The birthday cake was completely stale and was stinking. I dont know how the qualify is maintained. I would never recommend anyone to come here!

Service was horrible, the attendant was lost on his own. Any instruction needed repeated requests, even for basics, water and salt. ZERO for service.
