Fantastic ambience and even better service! I’ve had great service elsewhere, but this was a different level. Shout-out to Prahalad — he said he aims to show what great service means, and he delivered perfectly.

Situated on the ground floor of The Mughal,the ambience is inviting as the aroma of fresh coffee greets you!! The decor is a bit Exotic with plenty of pillows ( all very colourful) on high 'takhats' and over sized bolsters( gau takiyas). the tables tend to be rather loww so it becomes a bit uncomfortable if youre having drinks and snacks. I feel the decor is a bit overdone and a trifle garish and not classy !! Sorry ITC.You can have cocktails and snacks aswell as your Cappuchinos. The snacks are served hot and in reasonable time and the service is personal and attentive. A large TV on the wall near the bar shows you all the Football and Cricket action happening around the world so just relax like a nawab( Nabob if you like ) sip your Cocktail and munch away at the endless variety of kebebs !! An ideal place to meet up with friends and Business associates before dinner.

Perfect for enjoying fine drinks with friends or alone. This place has so much to offer. With the finest collection of wines and whiskey​ to innovative mocktails they have everything one desires for. Finger food goes well with the drinks The staff is courteous and has the will to go an extra mile to deliver to your expectations. This place is ideal to enjoy matches or host an evening with friends. A

Nice cozy bar to have a drink. Great Ambience. Great staff.. Lavish Wine menu for wine lovers.. great hospitality.. would recommend to them who would like to enjoy their drinks over a conversation..

Warmth and speed in service is what you will be treated with at the ITC mughal. After all that's all which is required. Kudos to the entire team !!!!

Went here some time back and the bar was really great. The staff was attentive and the drinks were good. They have an elaborate menu and everyone would surely find their preferred liquor here. The striking part was the decor which was gorgeous and makes one feel good. A long day after visiting Agra this is one place to chill out at. If in Agra, I am sure to visit this place again

Nice relaxed atmosphere, you can spend quite a bit of time here lounging. Staff are very friendly and will not hound you and give you your space.  They have a vast variety of both alcohol and non alcohol drinks. They will get you the  normal chips and nuts with your drinks - but atleast they will be extra fresh! Prices are quite steep but afterall its a 5 star property.

Visited ITC Mughal , Tajganj for a wedding , Ended up at maikhana for a coffee ! The coffee was freshly brewed , was strong in flavour , we were given a variety of sugars along with peanuts and waffles as snacks for quick bites . The ambience was perfect with dim lights and courteous staff . A good luxury coffee experience , must try 👍🏻

The exquisitely stylish lounge bar is located in the center of the hotel and is a perfect place to drink and relax. Due to our hotel credits, we could avail of the 1+ 1 offer during happy hours. We tried mojito and some ginger drink.
