I went to the outlet very late in the night. When i reached there the restaurant was closed but they were serving through the driveway window. Because it was late and i was not feeling safe, I requested the employee to open the outlet’s gate and let me in for my comfort and safety. They understood the situation very nicely and quickly took my inside the restaurant and tried to make me feel very comfortable. Extremely impressed with the staff behaviour and genuineness. Keep it up!!😇

Awesome place to hangout with your friends and family 😍. Food is good , staff is polite and ambience is also great 🤗 . I had wonderful time spent there . Hope you guys like it too.

McDonald's is all time favourite for snacks. Burgers macpuff and Maharaja burger are love. Soft serve is the main element what I like to have everythime.

Good space to dineout. But test of foods is not upto mark. Crowd is unacceptable during this pandemic. They should control the crowd.

I ordered Mac maharaja chicken burger ...it was stale and smelling ...standard has gone to zero . if you are packing the food items atleast should check once item is fresh or stale .. You cant give just anything to eat to your customers It can also lead to food poisoning. Than who will be responsible for your packed staled food . Horrible experience

One of the ONLY worst outlet I came across till date. Incapable to handle anything. 1) soft drinks : always flat and high ratio of water mix, proof shared with managers there. 2) delay service, always. Approx service time is 8-25 mins for anything. That too without even telling it may take a while. 3) refuses order as per mood and gives lame excuse. Details n call recording shared with outlet manager. 4) courtesy 0/100. Self explanatory. Honestly 3 times I have litterly left from there without consuming the food I paid, just because of these issues. This is just a monopoly over there as being alone. The day your compition comes up, no one would visit this outlet. I have also shown the amount of businesses I have been giving but still we don't give a shit attitude this outlet has. Staff if kind and polite but what to do when end of the day result is ZERO. Regards Rajat Verma

I went there for a cold coffee. I just say they have brought down their quality. The milk used in coffee was mixed with lot of water. It was really rubbish. They think Agra people don;t know about quality. So please think twice before order food in Agra mcdonald.

None of their pos worked, and their staff was super lousy in taking orders. Weren’t accepting app offers. This one lady refused to give me cold drink without ice????😭😭
