A regular occurrence at this place, whenever u order from online, they will confirm the order without checking items availability, then they will ask u to accept replacement item without compensating difference in amount or cancel the order which will cause us cancellation fee. They should either disable unavailable items from menu or not confirm the order at first place. If you ask them to cancel the order they will just hang up the phone to show their rude service.
