We just arrived inAgra and we're a little late for lunch, but we really enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. The food quality was so good and perfect for us. The service was also excellent. I have nothing but high praise for this restaurant. Everything we ordered was top quality, with just the perfect amount of spice and flavour whether it was Indian or continental. My only complaint was the mosquitoes or some insects that were present while we were there. we all got bit and my daughter got bitten multiple times and her arm started to swell up from the bites almost instantly. Coming from Canada, this was very surprising for us considering we were in a five-star hotel so maybe this is something the management should prioritize? Everybody wants to feel safe, particularly in a five-star restaurant and not expecting to get bitten during their otherwise really enjoyable lunch.

Had a lovely time at Mughal Pavilion. Rahul and Barsha served us wonderfully well. The food is delicious and served fresh and hot. We chose the Indian cuisine (kadai paneer combo, dal makhni and breads). All things were tasty and flavourful. Would highly recommend dining here if you’re in Agra!

I came for the hot chocolate and it was by far, the worst hot chocolate I have ever had. And I have had some really bad ones. Super unprofessional for the money they charge

Dal Bhukhara was a joke. When we first ordered the Dal was having watery texture and sweet. Second time they brought heavily butter loaded ready to make ITC Dal . So If you are ready to be disappointed and eat sub par food do visit ITC Mughal Agra .

I got an invitation from @taj_gourmets and @itcmughal to attend Grills Galore Week . I had a lovely experience in exploring the food ,hospitality and services provided by the hotel staff. The fest started on 16-12-2019 and last for 20-12-2019 . But Don't worry they always come up with new events all the time. Go get the experience of ITC Mughal and make yourself treated as Mughals . Looking forward to visit them again. Some Recommendations #Chimichuri Cottage Cheese Steaks # Glazed Mushrooms #Soya and Exotic Veg Galettes #Grilled Pineapple #Dessets

They had there pre-launching before yesterday with us ^_^ and they left no stones unturned in giving us a beautiful experience because of which ITC MUGHAL is famous For :) truly amazing... Perfect place for perfect food & perfect weather for Grill food.... . Good place! This hotel is situated in a prime location of Agra!! I was staying here and had breakfast + lunch at this beautiful restaurant! We had pan cakes and some pasta for brunch. The chef made it really well and no complaints on that! Ambience is pretty good and the service is amazing. The breakfast spread was up to the mark and they offer great variety of food at this place. A must try is there uthappam and waffles:) highly recommend this restaurant to all the people who visit Agra!! Ambience :4/5 Service:5/5 Food:5/5
