Visited for lunch. Tandoori platter small portion, decent taste. Main course tasted amazing. Watermelon Mojito was average. Polite staff, good music and ambience.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your restaurant. Not only was I surprised to be charged an additional fee for cake cutting, but I was also taken aback when I was asked to pay this fee in cash rather than through the restaurant's usual payment method. This felt inappropriate and raised concerns about the transparency of your practices. As a paying customer, I believe such fees should be clearly communicated upfront, and any payment should be processed through your standard methods for security and convenience. The way this was handled felt unprofessional and unsettling, and it significantly impacted the otherwise pleasant experience we had. I hope you will review this practice to ensure it aligns with both customer expectations and standard industry norms.

Booked a deal form Zomato Carnival for 40% off, after ordering coffee and shakes (which were average tasting not upto the mark for the price), they denied my deal, and forced me to pay the full amount. No manager was there to resolve the issue. On confrontation they told they had thier resturant removed from Zomato, but still I can book, is just they are milking Zomato for marketing and not adhering to the deal.

The food quality has degraded over the period of time. Too oily, no freshness. Being a regular customer for more than 2 years, this would probably the last time I would be visiting the place.

food is worst and specially the Chinese have a sour taste and pizza at street is much better than this the ice tea have no taste and not justified in terms of prices

Food really needs improvement in taste and quality, given that the place has a decent ambience, it can do very well.
