Double Tree by Hilton always had this grandeur about its infrastructure and elegance in its property. All of this leaves you spellbound. We were there on the occasion of my father's 58th Birthday Celebration. Hotel Hilton is amongst our go to options for family outings. Had buffet dinner at the North 27 Hall. The hospitality and personalization service received from Amreesh Ji was beyond amazing. We were all talking about how even family members won't be able to cater to the kindness and love showered by Amreesh Ji. The Surprise Complimentary Cake at the end was a perfect finish. Highly recommended. Loved it.

Food and service everything there was absolutely perfect. I celebrated my 25th birthday at North 27 Restraunt and thoroughly enjoyed it. Special thanks to Amreesh ji for being so generous and welcoming and providing us with the complimentary cake. This is the ideal location to make special occasions even more memorable.

This place is great! They have a nice variety of dishes in the buffet, and the staff makes it a truly enjoyable experience.

over hyped. the food quality is okay but not up to the mark of the hype created around it. less options on the menu as per buffet standards. seating, ambience and service is all fine and comfortable.

Pathetic service with rude staff. He didnt even apologised after reminding that you are not even sorry. 15 minutes for the staff to acknowledge that someone has come another 15 minutes for starter 30 hours for food. No cutlery no staff worry. The place get good greet for foreigners not indian. They ruined my birthday

Came across a pathetic staff member today. Called him to enquire about buffet. He was being passive aggressive, the entire call and then cut the call after saying that he is connecting my call to restaurant. Please teach your staff some manners on how to talk to customers.
