Best place to dine, specially Butter Chicken and Galauti Kebab! Loved the ambience and the kind of hospitality given by them... Staff is very attentive! Special mention of Mayank, Anuj and Saranjeet! They serve with smile...Lovely service.... Chef Gurmeet specially paid a visit... Thank you Jaypee Palace for the amazing evening!! Would love to come back again....

We had this amazing time having dinner at this place , everything was so perfect . Starting from the beautiful marigold flower decorated dishes to going an extra step just to make up to the little delay of dal makhni . The staff was very courteous and food soo sumptuous . Thank you so much , you guys made our stay even more memorable at jaypee palace.

Celebrated Anniversary here live ghazal and food are simply awesome and the service is all very good and courteous also. The Tate of the food they serve is actually very good and on expected lines when u actually go to a 5 star restaurant. So all in all amazing experience and amazing place to visit,

I had a really nice time in Paatra. The food was delicious, a real indian culinary experience with chef Vijay. Yogesh, the head waiter took care of my comfort during the entire dinner and the recommendations did work well.

Celebrated my daughter birthday with my family and truly enjoyed every moment and the hospitality. No doubt the food was amazing awesome and staff cooperation shall always remain in our thoughts

Yogesh and Ayush were amazing waiters, very attentive, kind and took time to explain the dishes to us. The food is amazing, the best Indian food I’ve ever had!

We had our breakfast buffet during our stay here. The place was crowded and ambience was amazing. South indian was yum and desserts were also amazing. Tea was also good. Overall great and fulfilling experience.

Food is perfect but during the time of billing, I paid the bill through dineout and it was successful and then steward went for checking the amount recieved or not , then manager come and argued why you paid from dineout. We are not in collaboration with dineout, they are independent site. And forcefully asked me to again pay the bill in cash which I have to bcz of worst management and worst manager. Let me Clarify you one thing dineout cannot enroll you on their site for payment mode until and unless your management doesn't give them signed and stamped documents. And once you signed and stamped you are bound to follow the contract. Well I didn't argue much with the manager as he was not having much knowledge and was ill mannered too.
