the ambience and crowd was amazing. the staff was very cooperative and polite. just two things I want to mention: 1. the main course taste is not up to the mark, though the starters were amazing. 2. the service is quite delayed, maybe because of the rush but given it was a weekday, I don't think that should be an issue. otherwise the overall experience is amazing

We visited this place recently and while the food was good, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor planning and management especially during bad weather. It started raining, and we were abruptly shifted to the bar area where strong dusty winds were blowing, completely ruining our drinks and comfort. When we informed the staff that we couldn’t sit there because of the rain and dust, we were moved again this time to a reserved table. Considering the weather conditions and the fact that no other guests had arrived, this could have been handled more thoughtfully from the beginning. To make matters worse, there was a complete power outage with no backup in place. Our pasta was served without the bread, and the bill was initially calculated incorrectly before being revised. Overall, while the food quality was decent, the lack of basic management, preparedness, and attention to customer comfort really affected the experience.

The mezze platter is of enormous quantity than regular and it would have been wise to explain to your customers that it is for more than 2 people so that we don't end up wasting food. Also the falafel were extremely dry. Drinks were good.

Rooftop ambience is good, service is okay. Food is below average, and for this price, not good at all. Dine in experience/service needs to improve.
