ambience and food was mind blowing they have variety of options available for both veg and non veg i personally like their kebabs and chinese options which was out of the world their staff was very polite and professional with good knowledge of menu than singh and sarvesh recommended us food and drinks which was spot on as per our tase buds . food was so so good and recommended to everyone.Best place in agra to visit

This is my 3rd visit to PBN and every time the food was great, reasonably priced, and good service. Today's treat on the occasion of Father's day was superb and excellent service by Andrew. Today's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in the name of his services, only.

We were two of us who had gone for dinner at punjabi by nature. The ambience was decent but that’s it. We ordered Nalli Nihari gosht with garlics naans and tandoori rotis, and guess what, the Nihari gosht did not have Nihari. Their menu very clearly wrote under Nihari gosht: Lamb shanks cooked in yogurt based gravy. On raising this issue with the management they said “ we served you the lamb remember, you cannot deny that, we just did not serve you shanks”, and any Nihari lover who would hear this would be really furious. Instead of apologizing they kept on saying we have been serving this for years and we have gotten this same feedback multiple times so we are changing the menu but it is how it is, but my question is if they knew that the menu had this wrong they should inform it to people. The mutton was n properly cooked, it was very fibrous, and the portion size was really really small with just 2 small bony pieces of mutton and that too not Nihari. Although one good things was the gravy and preparation was tasty.

they don't know how to serve food order and repeat order of one chapati took them 15 min to serve. meanwhile, after 20 min, waiter said that green curry ordwr d along with noodles cannot be made but the noodles was served meanwhile. it completely ruined our lunch experience with their lazy service and below average food.
