One of the best multicuiaine three meal restaurant in one of the best Hotel of Agra “ ITC Mughal”. I Visited Taj Bano for a Sunday brunch and the variety was insane to say the least. Other than regular dishes which are usually in all buffet they had a good variety of Andhra dishes, also quite a few dishes of Millet which is a great initiative under Responsible Eating. The ambience is very pleasing and inviting. Also the service and hospitality is always been a high point whenever I visit Mughal. All in all a great place to spend some quality time and eat great food.

Had the pleasure of staying at ITC Mughal Agra, and it was an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely amazing, with a variety of dishes that delighted the palate. The hospitality was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect, nestled amidst lush greenery, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Every detail was on point, making it a perfect getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience in Agra!

Stopped here on a Agra trip from Gurgaon, was not disappointed. Absolutely the best falafels Ive ever had. Superb burgers and ricotta dumplings too. Only the hummus could have been less salty. Overall a 5 on 5. Very nice service from our man Mokam as well.

We ordered Butter Roti, Tandoori roti and Chicken tikka masala. The chicken gravy was spot on, the breads were great too. I must say, great hospitality. The service is so prompt. Amazing

I have visited ITC Mughal umpteen times and the food, ambiance and hospitality is always top notch. The buffet spread is elaborate and delightful. I especially love their soup and salad section. In the buffet itself you will find a good mix of international as well Indian cuisines along with two starters. The dessert spread is also wide and consists of pastries as well as Indian sweets with a side section for ice creams. Chef Satyaveer is extremely courteous and modifies the dishes as per your liking. Always a fabulous experience here!

Food at ITC Hotels never fails to impress and satisfy even the most demanding and fussy foodie... a complete buffet dinner at Taj Bano Restaurant at ITC Mughal, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Agra .... Notice the freshly prepared Chinese dishes to suit our seasoning preference by Chef upon our request and being made a part of buffet spread itself.... truly amazing hospitality

This place is extremely overhyped. I expected a far better dining experience from a place of this standard, but it fell short in almost every way. The service was the biggest disappointment. Our server seemed completely lost—placing dishes right where our plates were supposed to be, and we repeatedly had to ask for cutlery, plates, and even fresh plates again. Each request took forever, and he ignored us multiple times. Initially, I thought he might have been busy, but it quickly became clear that this was just how he was. It became genuinely annoying at one point. To make matters worse, when we asked for tiramisu, he said it wasn’t available but that we could have desserts “on the house.” However, when we selected four different kinds, he suddenly said, “Not so much,” which was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. His overall behavior was really, really bad. The food didn’t help the situation either. It was below average—bland and disappointing. The pesto pasta was watery, and the pizza had no flavor at all. The only dish worth mentioning was the mezze platter, which was actually good. Overall, I would not recommend this place for dining or staying. For the price they charge, the experience was pretty average and definitely not worth it.

Had an extremely disappointing experience with the ITC group, particularly ITC Mughal, Agra. We had made a pre-paid dinner reservation at Taj Bano for the 31st of December as we were planning to spend our special day there. Upon arrival, we were informed by the front desk personnel that taj bano is not open to general public today as they are having a gala dinner, only for the in house guests. Further, considering that it was the new years eve, they didnt have a table at their other restaurants. Also, they had no idea that they were accepting online bookings for Taj Bano through zomato. Did not expect such unprofessionalism and ignorance from the ITC group. Ruined our New years eve.

We visited Taj Bano & ordered Butter Chicken & Paneer Butter Masala (with no green & red chilli) but we were served Watery Butter Chicken that looked like Chicken Curry (it seems Chicken from on-going Buffet was served to us). Paneer was just Boiled Paneer served in Tomato Gravy with no Spices. On complaining about poor food quality, Chef Satyaveer visited us and we had to explain to him how to prepare Food. Only after that a better prepared Dish was served to us.
