the restaurant refuses to pay via Zomato and wasn't removing the service charge even it's written in the law that no restaurant can be forced to pay service charges , disgusting behaviour and also only 1 waiter was there in the whole restaurant

earlier this was the best rooftop once... now all the staff has been changed & the behavior is also very rude & poor service.... should avoid gathering here

I went there with 9 friends. I saw only one staff on the entire floor. 4 to 5 times I ask than he had to took order. And We had to stand again and again to place another order.. DJ sound is good but playing song not Good . in mix vag only 2 or 3 vagitables add that also sweet taste not spicy. There is no test in the food, and without asking for the hookka, he give us. We thought this is from there side. Later at 1500 added in the bill. Drink was not available. We purchase from outside, he took 150 ru par can extra charges.at the last when I say for discount, he saying that I do not allow boys here. Your advance booking was there. That's why i let you come here. We saw 3 boys groups and I asked them, there were no advance bookings. Atmosphere is good. rest all useless. में वहां पे गया अपने 9 दोस्तों के साथ। मैने देखा पूरे फ्लोर पर एक ही स्टाफ था । 4 से 5 बार कहने पर तो आ रहा था एक बार ऑर्डर करने के बाद दूसरे ऑर्डर के लिए बार बार खड़े होके जाना पड़ रहा था । DJ sound अच्छा लगा है लेकिन सॉन्ग बाहियाद चलाना। mix vage me 2 se 3 vagitables add h only or bo bhi Mithi Mithi सब्जी। खाने में कोई टेस्ट नहीं हे बिना पूछे हुक्का लगा दिया हमे लगा कि अपनी तरफ से लगा रहे हे। बाद में 1500 रु उसके bill में एड कर दिए। ड्रिंक अवेलबल थी नहीं। बाहर से लेके आए तो 150 पर कैन extra charges लगा दिया जब discount की बात आई तो कहने लगे में यहां पर boys allow नहीं करता हु। तुम्हारी advance booking थी इसीलिए आने दिया आपको मैने। मैने देखा वहां पर 3 boys group or थे। मैने पूछा, उनकी कोई advance booking नहीं थीं। माहौल अच्छा है बाकी सब बेकार हे

If you pay online then they will add service charge and will not remove that

एक बर्थडे पार्टी की थी मोबाइल रह गया था सोफे पर इनके स्टाफ ने चुराया है ३ दिन तक बेवकूफ बनाते रहे सीसीटीवी भी नहीं दिखाया बहुत ही बकवास जगह है कोई न जाए

We were denied for regular water and were forced to purchased a bottle from them that cost INR 100, Also the lady incharge was rude and made faces while taking our order, the food was pathetic, paneer lababda had oil floating over it and the paneer had a strange taste of synthetic, we also requested to get the curry changed due to it being tasteless but they brought back the same bowl by adding a little salt in it which make the synthetic taste even more evident, I highly recommend not to visit here if one is looking for quality food
