We were staying at the ITC Narmada and the breakfast buffet was complimentary to us. It was an extensive spread, and along with the usual suspects, they had the local jalebi fafda, gathiya, bajra kheechu, handvo. I enjoyed the jalebi fafda while my son had veg uttapam and dosa. finished off with a nice mochaccino. There was a lot of waiting since it was full. we did go down leisurely after a gym session at 9, which is usually heavy traffic at buffets. The staff was very attentive and ready to offer every possible service. He got me shrikhand for my sweet tooth :)

Loved the quality of food. We tried artichoke pizza which they happily customised with our choice of veggies. The vegetables were fresh and pizza base was amazing. Great ambience.

Terrible Service – Not Worth It Adalaj Pavilion was a huge disappointment. The service was unbelievably slow—we waited forever just to place an order, and even longer for the food to arrive. By the time it came, we had lost all patience. The waiters were polite, but that doesn’t help when the kitchen takes ages to prepare food. And the food itself? Just okay—nothing special. Definitely not worth the ridiculous wait. If you value your time, go somewhere else.

We Ate the buffet dinner here… rajasthani festival ki dishes were bad, gujarati dishes were bad, all the dishes were cold… dal chawal was the only thing which was good… never eat the buffet here… isse acha to 20 rs ki chaat kha lo

very upsetting experience in a premium 5 star hotel LIKe ITC , unbothered staff no proper availability of clean cutlery and plates , no one coming to clean table , food was not upto the mark as well
