I visited your restaurant yesterday for dinner, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Both the food and service failed to meet basic expectations. We were served water nearly 20 minutes after being seated, the food service was poorly managed, and the taste of the food was below expectations. To make matters worse, a Coke was served in a broken glass, which is completely unacceptable. They offered an ice cream afterward to compensate which does not address the seriousness of the poor experience. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit and not what I expected from your restaurant.
