Delicious North Indian food with excellent service. The overall experience was satisfying. One area for improvement would be the taste of milk-based drinks like lassi and chaas. They had too much Gujarati-style sweetness, which takes away from the authentic Amritsar flavor. Keeping them closer to the traditional taste would make the experience even better. Apart from that, everything else was great. 👍

Food taste can be improved. Taste is not matching with price. serving also can be improved. masala papad was with sev and not much tasty....which has no connection with punjabi restaurant. Soup taste was also not upto the mark. please match everything to the price of your food.

I recently visited your establishment with my family, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the pricing of the food is significantly high compared to the quality and taste offered. The food did not meet expectations considering the cost. Secondly, the behavior of the staff was unprofessional and discourteous. Customer service appeared to be lacking, and there was no proper respect or attention given to guests. Additionally, we faced issues with order availability. After placing multiple food orders, some items were not served, and we were informed much later that they were unavailable. This lack of transparency and delayed communication caused unnecessary inconvenience. It also seemed that similar issues were faced by other customers. Overall, it appears that while the focus is on attracting customers, the service quality and management of orders are not up to standard. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your service and customer experience.

I was really let down by the Jain food here. We ordered the Jain Paneer Butter Masala and Dal Tadka, and both dishes didn't meet expectations. The Paneer had no flavor or spice at all, and the Dal Tadka was just plain yellow water—no real taste or texture. Just because a dish is Jain doesn't mean it has to be bland. It was a complete waste of money.

food was good, but restaurant cheated to customer for hiding a t&c on discount offer. on App menu not mentioned not disconnected but at restaurant manually by hand written no discount mentioned
