I liked Chirag Bhai's dedication very much. There is a businessman whose aim is only to earn Money, and others like Chirag Bhai with balas food and Kashmiri sister, whose aim is not to earn Money at all. Let me tell you a wonderful story about Bala’s Food. In order to get the taste of vada pav of Mumbai, Chiragbhai went to Mumbai and tasted vada pav at different places and started making the best vada pav chutney at his own place. Making a new chutney and eating vada pav himself, while doing so he ate vada pav every day for one and a half months and finally made a Mumbai like chutney, even though he ate vada pav every day for a month and a half, all the people who sell any food items made their own food and ate means simply that they are clean and use all the ingredients well, we still bring home the chutney made in balas food and take our guests to enjoy food at balas food. Tried thr sabudana kichidi, sabudana vada, cheese maggi, chutney sandwich , butter dabeli and cold coffee. Never bad a total disappointment like this. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
