Was worth visiting for quiet and fulfilling evening… chose it to avoid rakhshabandhan crowd… and bang on we were the only table being served… great food although falafel was missing in the whole mediterranean menu… special mention ofChef Gautam and Amlan who took great care f us… would definately visit again

Great food and service by Kundan from Aroma restaurant. Italian dishes and kababs are yummy. A must visit place when you are in Ahmedabad.

I would have given this place only 1 star. The only reason why I gave it 3 stars was the pleasant surprise of actually being served an eclair pastry! And that too a great eclaire. Otherwise, this is a pretty humdrum cafe. The menu options are pretty limited and very very uninspiring. For a 5 star hotel, I would have expected to be able to get a decent sandwich with substantial toppings and a proper baguette instead of cucumber and tomatoes in sandwich bread for this price. The coffe is literally garbage! There are literally dozens of smaller cafés dotting Ahmedabad which serve a FAR better cappucino at half the price. The last time they were serving Lavazza coffe which was OK. But now they serve Coffee day coffee which essentially belongs in the dustbin. And the service is very very very slow, disinterested and uninformed about their own menu. There was just this one lady who happened to serve us towards the end who knew what she was doing. Unfortunately she cannot attend to all the customers. For the proce charged, the food was very ordinary, the service was subpar and the coffee was something that no one should be forced to drink. Horrible experience. I wouldnt come here again. Go to Star Bucks instead. Not that they have the best coffee around, but certainly for a lesser price you will get better food, and much much much better coffee!

Pathetic Delivery time, Called up the restaurant mulitple times, but they said they have misplaced the order! Its meaningless as its an online order!. The delivery guy reached their on time, but he kept waiting as well, as the food wasnt getting delivered to him.

I was staying at crown plaza so for high tea came down Worst food quality, restaurant was fully empty still I don’t know why they took atleast 50 min to serve a sandwich and a soup and when the order arrived it was all cold and blonde. Please work on this things staff still was good and polite but rest everything thing was not upto the mark, won’t recommend .

They say they're open 24/7, but the bella aroma menu is only till 11. they shut before 11, and the options available after that are scanty and tasteless. considering how exorbitant they charge, the service, food, or ambience, does not live up to 10% of it.
