Being a hardcore non-vegetarian, I never imagined I'd stumble upon a place in Ahmedabad that would leave me THIS impressed! ❤️ From the absolutely delicious non-veg momos to the incredibly flavourful Mutton Rogan Josh, this place was nothing short of a delightful surprise! But what made the experience truly special was getting to meet the talented chefs behind these amazing dishes. Chef Rajbahadur, who hails from Northeast India, brings his wonderful culinary skills to the kitchen, while the chef from Bihar, who prepared my Mutton Rogan Josh, deserves a standing ovation! 👏 And let me tell you about that mutton! The meat was so beautifully cooked, so tender, that it literally fell off the bone. Even the marrow from the nalli came out effortlessly! That's not just good cooking; that's someone who genuinely understands the art of preparing mutton to perfection. The flavours, tenderness, and technique were simply outstanding!

just tried out Bellasen bistro and it was a pretty great experience! I ordered the cold coffee, chicken chili, and butter chicken with naan – everything was super flavorful. The desserts were also really good, a perfect end to the meal. The ambiance is lovely, with an open lawn area that's perfect for good conversation in a silent and peaceful atmosphere. Definitely must go 🍽️✨"

We had gone there fir my birthday party. We ordered a couple of dishes, one of them was the STUFFED MUSHROOMS. The price of it was around ₹525/-. what came as a surprise was the mushrooms were extremely small in size and the dish came without any dip. When we shared the concern with the server he said that this is the normal size of the mushrooms. Even the taste was not that great. They were totally tasteless. Such kind of experience is not expected out of a good bistro. We left the place with total disappointment.

The service was too slow. Soup came almost after 30 minutes of ordering, when we were having sabzi and ordered the roti, it also came late. Took 15 minutes ! I food was blend.

I have been here many times but today the food wasn't even average. I don't recommend anyone going here now... Only the curry was ok
