Very disappointing experience at Better Beans (Sector 16 branch). Their Instagram shows aesthetic shakes in nice glasses, but in reality they serve everything in cheap parcel cups. When I politely asked for a glass like they show in their posts, the staff misbehaved and told me to go to the Kudasan branch instead. Feels like fake marketing just to attract customers. If you can’t serve what you advertise, don’t promote it that way. Instagram looks premium, but the real experience is completely the opposite.
