I really appreciate the support team of bikanervala specially Mr sandeep tomar for giving priority to the customer complaint, many times we buy sweets from shop without tasting it and when taste it at home then come to know it was an old stock product sold to us by them ,though the seller even don't knw unless we inform them. Sometimes we ignore if it's of small amount like 250gm or 500gm but this time it was of good amount and happened 4th time to me but thankfully this time I took it seriously and followed it for a week and got positive result from them.I am thankful to them for solving the issue even after two weeks🫶

Bikanerwala is blessing for sweets in Ahmedabad. They serves pure the quality sweets. Their laddu and gulab laddu is my favourite. Service is fast and quick. Price is totally justify the quality and quantity. Highly recommended

Staff is rude. We could not eat chole because of its taste and when we refused to pay for it they claimed that it is our problem.

I had gone for breakfast at ground 10 00 am..... no tea-coffee was available...... it was plainly refused.....how one expect that hot beverages are not served at 10 00 and customer to be delighted.....?????????????????

Food quality has deteriorated substantially. We order lassi, it was difficult to distinguish if it was lassi or chhach. Also, aalo paratha was tasteless and without stuffing. Not satisfied.

Had food poisoning after eating here. vomit and stomach ache. Worst Cholle Bature...no taste it is probably kept in deep freeze and microwaved and given. the Batura was very hard.
