I have been a fan of CCD's coffee since over a decade now, too late a review, but never mind! I was with a friend and we ordered a cheese chilli toastizza, toffee cappuccino, and a dark frappe. The toast was amazing, it had a unique soft crunch, and melted in my mouth beautifully. Must try! The toffee cappuccino had a very subtle toffee flavour, and was rich and smooth. However, not my thing, because I like flavours to stand out and surprise my taste buds. And this coffee failed to do so. I ordered myself a dark frappe. It justified its name to the core and was creamy enough to indulge in. I am gonna visit again especially for this one! Must try! (3 pics)

I love the ambience in this CCD. It is cozy and comfortable and so a perfect place to relax with your loved ones or to just sit and work or relax by yourself. The staff is polite too, thus making the overall experience better. While I’m a cold coffee addict, it is a given that I order for either cafe frappe or devils own or tropical iceberg, I love the saucy veg noodles out there. I first tried it in Gurgaon some months back and haven’t stopped ever since.

CCD is not just a brand but it's an emotion. I prefer CCD Bodakdev to spend some quality time with friends. Ordered Cheesy Tostieza & Cheesey Margarita pizza. Quality is highly maintained, quantity might be limited, one cons is food is little bit overpriced here.

Second straight day to CCD for my homework stuff, pretty peaceful place to do your work or have a good chat . Ordered 'Filter coffee' here, was good in taste and peaceful to sit around :')

2 stars is for a good cappucino. Even before i placed my order, they informed me about a rule that you need to order food worth rs.75 per person. Like seriously ? ? What if other person has come just to accompany? They never have most of the menu items. Food is never served hot. Hope this review helps people.

Not as good as I expected,my expectations were so high.quality is ok exactly tastes like "Nescafe classic" won't prefer to spend 140 ₹ on this,instead would love to buy 2₹ classic and make it at home.

One of the worst experiences of Cafe Coffee Day at this branch since the last two times. We came with friends to enjoy a good conversation over a steaming cup of coffee. They served us in paper cups and on requesting to transfer it to thw signature ceramic cups and glasses, tvey said that it is not possible as there is not water to wash the cups. This kind of response was not expected from a reputed franchise. We could see the clean glasses and cups kn front of us and were excited to have a decorated drink served to us. It spoiled be entire experience and the answer from the staff just threw us off. In my opinion such branches that do not have basic amenities to function should be shut down rather than staying open and lowering the image of such a well known branch. For the second time in a row it was an experience that was not worth the time or money spent on it.

Worst service, they cheat on customers by showing digital wallet promotions like PhonePe, Paytm etc but it never works, any time of the day it doesn't work. They will say the modem/server is down and you have to pay cash. Apart from all this, they will ask you tricky questions which are just addons for which you have to pay later and wonder why the bill is so huge. I am sure many have faced this. If they are asking for addons, they should clarify before asking that these are extra chargeable items. Best is to just say I don't want any options.

They served us in the paper cups which spoiled the complete experience, and on requesting that they transfer it to ceramic cups or glasses they refused saying they do not have water to clean it. In my opinion CCD should only keep open franchises that they can run with their 100 percent. This happened two times in a row over a period of 2 months.

They try to cheat you by providing simple sub standard coffee in name of their premium coffee by charging heftily for it. Beware when you order.
