Cafe Maangi truly deserves every star and more! Nestled in Chandan Complex on Chimanlal Girdharlal Road, right beside Invogue in Swastik Society, Navrangpura, this café has redefined my expectations of what a modern tea-and-coffee spot can be. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm, inviting décor — soft lighting, lush greenery, and cozy seating that somehow feels both intimate and spacious. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, and the manager personally checked on us to make sure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality set the tone for the rest of our visit. Drinks • Masala Chai (₹180++) This wasn’t just any masala chai; it was a fragrant, perfectly spiced infusion that balanced ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon with just the right amount of creamy milk—comfort in a cup. • Classic Cold Brew with Ginger Ale (₹289++) A surprisingly delightful combination: smooth, robust cold brew coffee cut through by the zesty fizz of ginger ale. Refreshing, invigorating, and absolutely addicting. • Iced Matcha Latte with Almond Milk (₹359++ — must-try) The café’s signature drink. Finely ground, 100% authentic ceremonial-grade matcha yields a vibrant green latte that’s both earthy and sweet. The almond milk adds a light nuttiness and velvety texture—a masterpiece in a glass. Food • Classic Kranky Fries (₹199++) Golden, crispy fries tossed in a perfectly spiced seasoning—crunchy on the outside, fluffy inside, and totally snack-worthy. • Penne Pasta with Cherry Rose Sauce (₹449++) Al dente penne coated in a subtly floral cherry-rose sauce, finished with fresh herbs. It hits that delicate balance of creamy, tangy, and aromatic. • Chocolate Muffin (₹129++) Decadent, moist, and studded with melty chocolate chunks. The perfect sweet ending. Beyond the food and drinks, what impressed me most was the seamless service: the captain waiter guided us through the menu, the chef came out to ask for feedback, and the manager ensured our glasses were never empty. Every detail — from the background music playlist to the impeccably clean tables — reflects their commitment to excellence. If you’re in Ahmedabad and crave authentic matcha tea, innovative hot and cold beverages, and a light but satisfying food menu, make your way to Cafe Maangi. It’s more than a café; it’s an experience you won’t forget. Highly, highly recommended!

The hummus platter and coffee were good, but coffee wasnt served hot enough and instead of pita bread there was maida kulcha bread. They asked us to order more / leave even when there wasnt much waiting outside. Expected a more courteous and welcoming staff and response

We were two people there. When we asked the manager for a sofa (4seater) he denied as he said it was festival so there might be people coming. Later a couple came and when they asked he immediately gave them that particular table. Later on we ordered a fettuccine pasta which was a bit difficult to serve to which we asked the waiter to help and in reply we got “HUM SERVE NAHI KARTE”. They didn’t gave us the bill at the table and said everybody have to go to the counter to pay (which is understandable) and we had to wait a very long time for fries. Hence the overall experience was worst.
