I recently visited Padmanabham Cafe and was quite disappointed with my experience. The toilets were not accessible to customers, which is very inconvenient and unacceptable for a dining establishment. When I politely asked the staff about it, their response was rude and dismissive. Basic facilities like clean and open restrooms are essential, and respectful customer service should be a priority. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both facilities and staff behavior. Thank you

One of the worst South Indian food I have ever had! It is very highly priced but it is not at all authentic! Podi masala was not close to the original podi, filter coffee was made using instant coffee and was charged at 50! When asked the staff about why it is not made using filter coffee , they were rude and didn’t care much!

Worst experience Hygiene is terrible and the food quality is pathetic. I even found lady finger in the sambar. Waited 45 minutes for a simple idli and finally had to cancel it. Staff is slow and can’t even take orders properly. This place seriously needs to improve or shut down.
