Having travelled from Mumbai and planning to visit the cafe next door, we just walked past this place and turned back, as the aroma of food hit us. And what an evening it was! This one is by far the best Italian food we have ever had. Every dish was unique and flavourful. I don’t remember whrn I last hogged as much! Take a bow team Campanella, u guys will surely spread to cities across India (pstt open one outlet in mumbai soon! )

Food was good but staff was not supportive. They want to hv your food ASAP and Get out ASAP as well on working day . They give you cooler fan if are ordering food but once you about to finish they take cooler as well . Don’t visit I can suggest

I rarely leave bad reviews, but the behavior of the staff here was unacceptable. We had a very disappointing experience here with our family and kids. The staff serving us was incredibly rude, uncordial(even with kids), and made us feel entirely unwelcome. Almost immediately after we finished our dinner, they started trying to rush us out the door even after paying a hefty amount of bill. What made it worse was that the restaurant wasn't even busy at that time—there was no one waiting for a table, and it was nowhere near closing time. Yet, they went as far as switching off the AC and loudly sweeping and emptying the area right around where we were sitting. Even basic thing like water , we had to ask for thrice before getting it served. It was incredibly disrespectful and completely ruined our family evening. Though the ambience was nice & the manager was also cooperative & cordial but the staff needs to be trained to atleast be cordial with customers !!

Campanella has a great-looking ambience, but that's about where the positives end. The food was average at best—around 6/10, nothing memorable. The biggest disappointment was the service. Even though the restaurant's closing time was 12 AM, the staff started switching off the AC, mopping the floors, and cleaning around us while we were still eating, making it very clear they wanted us to leave. It was extremely unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and lacked even basic hospitality. If a restaurant advertises a closing time, guests shouldn't be made to feel like an inconvenience before that time arrives. A nice ambience can't make up for poor service and disrespectful treatment. Sadly, I wouldn't be visiting again or recommending this place until they seriously improve their hospitality.

We ordered soup khow suey it was okay okay, than mango falooda it was bad in taste which cost 400rs , adobo pizza was good , I asked for crunchy tacos but that was soft wrap with less filling in it with only 4nachos by side, overall only ambience is best, food is not up to the mark in this price

Food is good something new pindd da hummus is very nice , but staff is really very rude not in talking but in action . We order food they r in hurry to server. And want u to get out ASAP , and when we are hving food they provide us cooler but when our food is about to finish they take cooler also , and let u know that plzzzzz f**** o*** ASAP
