⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Experience at Casablanca! Some places serve food, but very few create memories—and Casablanca truly excels at both. This was my second visit, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. During my previous visit, the iconic train service was under maintenance, but this time I was absolutely delighted to see it back in action. Watching the beautifully designed mini train deliver our food was magical, and the moment became even more special when my favorite song, "Saude Bazi", played as the train arrived. It felt like a perfectly crafted surprise. The food was exceptional—rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and prepared with great attention to detail. Every dish reflected quality and passion, making the entire meal a true delight. A heartfelt appreciation to *Dharmendra* , whose outstanding hospitality, warm personality, and excellent recommendations transformed our dinner into a memorable experience. His attention to detail and genuine care exemplify world-class service. Special thanks also to *Abhijeet* for his prompt, courteous, and professional service, which added to the overall charm of the evening. What makes Casablanca truly special is its ability to blend innovation, ambiance, and hospitality into one remarkable experience. not hygienic, gst is more .. usually it's 5% , but they charge 18% . service is slow , because they have banquet and restaurant both, so not managed.

The restaurant is misleading customers by marketing the experience as food being served on a train. That was the main reason we visited, and the promised train experience simply wasn’t delivered. What really disappointed me was the floor team and the overall experience. The staff was unprofessional and seemed completely inattentive. We called them 5–6 times, but no one came to our table or even bothered to respond. There were 7–8 staff members on the floor, so with proper training and coordination, this could have been managed much better. If the food is average and the main attraction advertised isn’t actually provided, there isn’t much reason to choose this place over other restaurants.

Extremely disappointing experience. Tables were available, yet we were asked to wait for more than 30 minutes without any proper explanation. After making us wait unnecessarily, the restaurant suddenly canceled our booking. The staff behavior and management were very unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers’ time. Poor customer service and a very frustrating experience overall. Definitely

it's themed on Toy train that serves food, which is not functioning. just ok food n service. Train fulfills very minimal ambience but without that ambience is more of warehouse.

Worst service by their staff. Food was ok ok according to price , price is very high according to that there is no ambiance and no service.
