Overall food was good. But very poor service & lack of cleanliness. Will prefer online delivery rather than dine in. Only CG road outlet is the best for dining. This Thaltej branch seems to be franchise type branch.

There was a time when the choice snake bar used to offer best quality pizzas.now even on paying 300 rs they r not giving amul cheese and using some roadside quality cheese in their pizza. roadside quality of pizza.

‘Pathetic’! That is how I would describe our experience at this restaurant today afternoon. Starting from the server, who was nothing but rude and shameless. From his tone to gestures, shouting out in the kitchen to the chefs and speaking incessantly in a loud voice sitting on a chair next to the cashier. Since they don’t wear name tags, I am unable to name him. However, there was just one server when we visited, hence I believe they should be able to identify him. As far as as the food is concerned, we ordered two pizzas, a sandwich and three shakes. The pizza base on both the pizzas was stale and the cheese tasted sour and nasty. The bread used for the sandwich appeared to be old (expired, may be). Let me not even start with the shakes, especially the chocolate chips thick shake, the texture was grainy and had a strong soapy after taste, may be due to the spoilt milk / icecream. Even the plates and cutlery as served on the table were dirty. The upshot being, avoid this place!

I wish zomato added a zero star rating. The people here are arrogant and act like brats. I mean, they gave us plates that weren't clean, and the waiter slid the plates across the table like if he's trying to throw them. 100% is not a really good place to visit even and there was no rush as well in the restaurant and then he went and just stood back where he was also the food was really bad I mean they ruined pav bhaji and that's unreal.

I was very disappointed as I had specifically asked for both Bombay bhel and sev puri to be non spicy and both of them were spicy and when we complained I was given some sweet chutney to reduce the spicy taste. What I want to know is if you cannot cater to making food non spicy why ask customers ? You may as well say that we cannot do it . It was a very unprofessional way of doing business .

Unfortunately, there was not option to select 0 star. Believe me don't go if you expect your food good. Also the behavior was rude and unprofessional from the owner.

The qualit of bhaji pav is absolutely third class. The quality of the pav is absolutely third class.
