I visited the Thaltej outlet around two days ago. I have a very good experience at dairy den CG road outlet , but over here what I see is there is red ants on the table. The store manager was mixing the condensed milk by his bare hands into the machine , he didn’t even wear gloves and I noticed him touch some unhygienic places before doing the same. He was very rude and not polite and didn’t understand half of the order which I made, seemed like he didn’t wanna do any business that day. He didn’t even wear a hair cap ,his hair was exposed over items which is I felt not upto the FSSAI standards and basic hygiene was clearly not followed. This was not at all expected from dairy den Hope this will be improved. I am solely writing this review as I am a huge fan of dairy den since childhood and by no means I wanna sound rude and demotivate but some basic changes must be made. I also have a video which I don’t wanna share but if you need proof I can upload it too.

they’re giving half the serving that is supposed to be given and the worse part is they deny that what they’re doing. it feels really bad that i love dairy den so much but i’ve been having such bad experiences everytime i go there. i’ve been going to the one in cg road since i was a kid so i know how much one every serving is. i’m very disappointed.
