Having heard a lot about this chain of pastry cafe, I decided to give it my precious time and indulge in a caramel walnut tart and a berry bonanza ice cream. Both of these looked extremely tempting and were equally good to taste. I am a fan of caramel tarts and this one was well baked. It had a base that had a nice balance between crunch and soft. The ice cream was interesting as well, different than the usual flavours available. Must try, both of them! (7 pics)

Have frequently ordered cakes from here & haven’t been disappointed much. It’s perfect & fresh, couldn’t ask for more. One cake was ordered in advance & there was no hassle, very punctual staff.

Simply horrible experience with Dangee Dums, purchased cake shown in photo but right after blowing off candles realised the Chocolate cake had taste beyond cholate and we could now taste Kerosine. Yes Kerosine ! I immediately went to outlet, politely requested for refund, no issues with that but Dangee Dums have no quality process they were real spoilers. I have uploaded two photos which are enough to prove that there is no malinene intention of writing such review. I got cake for my family and right after blowing of candles just by two bites we realised there was something wrong with it. Anyways Dangee Dums spoiled little celebration so I had all time to go on Google to do some research. Flame technique is very popular in this industry to shape the cakes but ideally they should be using butane gas torch in this scenario Dangee Dums have used Kerosine based torch. While doing some research on Amazon you can get such baking butane torches for not more than 1000/- INR. I have reported this event to their quality team on number displayed in outlet (9512500599) whosoever on phone assured me that he would call me back in 10 minutes but several hours have passed by no response so far. Zomato ! Do I have option of Negative rating?
