I would have definitely given it a five star if it was just for the food and ambiance. The almond coffee and Danny special sizzler was absolutely delicious. Rooftop seating is in quite huge space with comfortable seating arrangements. But the staff behaviour and attitude was a bit let down. Luckily it was not so crowded and we got a good table for ourselves but while taking the order that too half-heartedly, the staff told that there is no option for regular water and only water bottle is served here (which is violation of law orders). When spoken with manager he sounded like he was doing a favour to us by serving regular water. And after taking order, the staff person sat on one of the tables beside us and started smoking. Highly unprofessional behaviour.

We 4 friends visited Sunday evening.during covid-19 situation the safety precautions are taken well by staff members. Interior design is super amazing.they have indoor & outdoor seating.Both places have Live screening.vallet parking not Available here.staff is very cooperative and eager to serve. We have ordered.👇🏻 1. Italian sizzler. (Jain & spicy) 3/5 ⭐ 2. Lasagne. 4/5⭐ 3. Peanut butter banana smoothie. 3.5/5 ⭐ Overall Food : 3.5/5 ⭐ Service : 5/5 ⭐ Ambience : 5/5 ⭐

Place is good, food was ok type, where prices are too high for pizzas pastas, less staff coudnt handle the visitors.

One common example is disrespect toward café staff. Some customers speak rudely, snap their fingers to get attention, or complain loudly over minor issues. This not only embarrasses the staff but also creates tension in the café. Another type of bad behavior is hogging space. Customers may spread their bags over multiple chairs or tables, making it hard for others to find a seat. Some even stay for hours using free Wi-Fi without ordering more than a single coffee. Being too loud is another issue. Talking on the phone at high volume, playing videos without headphones, or having noisy conversations can disturb other people who are trying to relax, read, or work. Some customers also show a lack of cleanliness and consideration. Leaving trash on the table, spilling drinks without telling anyone, or not cleaning up after children are common forms of disrespect in shared spaces. Cafés work best when everyone shows kindness, patience, and good manners. Respectful behavior helps create a welcoming environment for all.

Absolutely disgusting experience. This café is a complete joke. The owner’s behavior is beyond rude — arrogant, disrespectful, and totally unprofessional. It honestly feels like they don’t care about customers at all. I visited with my child, and they didn’t even provide basic seating. No courtesy, no manners — nothing. What kind of place treats families like this? There is zero management, zero system — just pure chaos. And the food? Completely below average and not worth a single rupee. This place doesn’t deserve customers. Save your time, money, and self-respect — DO NOT VISIT

Unfortunately, the overall food experience at the café was disappointing. The dishes lacked freshness and flavor, and several items tasted stale or poorly prepared. The seasoning was either completely missing or overpowering in an unbalanced way. Hot items arrived lukewarm, and some ingredients seemed low in quality — for example, soggy bread, rubbery cheese, or undercooked vegetables. Even the beverages didn’t meet expectations, with watered-down coffee and overly sweetened drinks that masked the actual taste.
