Visited D'Loch with my friends for the ambience and food, but I was disappointed with the taste of the food. The ambience of the place was truly amazing, and the staff's behavior was good. However, in terms of food, I can't say it was good or worth the price. What We Ordered: Soup: Tomato Soup – The consistency was very thin, and it tasted like tomato powder soup. I'd rate it 4/10. Thukpa Dim Sum Soup – It was overall good. I'd give it 8/10. Beverages: Red Bull – It's naturally good, as expected from the brand. Classic Cold Coffee – It was decent, but they used overly roasted beans, which gave it a smoky taste. Appetizers: Singaporean Cottage Cheese – The taste was good, and the paneer was soft and delicious. I'd rate it 9/10. Pizza: D'Loch Special Pizza – The staff claimed this was their specialty, but it was pathetic and tasteless. The presentation was good, but the flavor was lacking. I'd rate it 2/10, just for the vegetables and plating. Continental: Brochette De Fromage – It was somewhat enjoyable because of the rice and paneer, but the overall taste was unbalanced. The ingredients didn't come together well. Service Issue: I hated their service because their kitchen closes at 12:30 AM, and we ordered at 11:45 PM. Instead of serving each course in the right order, they brought everything together. After the soup, they should have served the appetizer first, but instead, they served the Continental dish first and the appetizer last. Overall Rating: Food: 3.5/10 Ambience: 9/10 Would I recommend it? Only for the ambience, not for the food.

We visited the restaurant with good expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant. The food was delayed by more than 45 minutes, which made the wait quite frustrating. When we tried to follow up, instead of handling the situation politely, the owner’s behavior came across as rude and dismissive. Good food and ambiance are important, but equally important are service speed and respectful communication with customers. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback in a positive way and improves both service efficiency and customer interaction. A little more attention to hospitality would truly enhance the overall dining experience.

Bad management and hospitality Please don’t visit this Cafe rude staff behaviour We ordered nachos with loaded veggies and it was horrible we ordered hot and sour soup it was the worst kindly avoid the over hyped restaurant in Gandhi nagar I wish I could rate it -10

The worst service a restaurant or cafe can have. For half an hour no one came to take order and after taking the order the food arrived 45 minutes later and the staff was rude too. Better not to choose, Ahmedabad have plenty of options.

Everything is worst. Starting from music to food to service. Multiple mistakes in serving order. Wrong food. Try to fool people serving same item with minor change in ingredients.

there is quite a space to improve the food quality ensure the food is not dry. sushi is not recommended at all don't even think of ordering
