My experience at Eat Punjab restaurant, Bopal Branch, Ahmedabad was ruined by the inhospitable restaurant staff and manager. We had reached the restaurant at something around 3:15 pm on 1st March 2026 for lunch with family. The manager and the staff of the restaurant first refused to serve us saying that restaurant is closed. We told him restaurant timing is 3:20pm. After that, he said we can eat here. Then he told that we can order only Main course and drink (no starter or soup) that too in a single order. Since we had a 6 month baby with us, we placed the order. Your manager (one who is from Bearwar, Rajasthan) was forcing us to eat fast. Even the server was hurrying us to eat. We had just started eating when they shut off all the lights and ACs in the restaurant. It started feeling suffocating because there was no ventilation. What kind of hospitality is this? We had 6 month old baby with us. Even after seeing this he shutdown the AC. We told him that atleast turn on the AC near us. then he opened. The experience was totally ruined. If you are inviting and serving the customers, atleast maintain professionalism with customers who are paying your full bill. I have attached photo of the payment receipt and from that you can see we had checkout from the restaurant at 3:41 pm. I didn't expect this from your restaurant. The management is poor, please provide training to your servers and manager. We have dined at restaurant across India, but never experienced such inhospitable manager and staff. We tried to reach the owner Mr. Gurwinder but he is not reachable. We also tried to scan the Feedback QR code on the bill but it only directed to say Thank You. There is no option available for customer feedback in their system.

food quality is good but qty are very less while the service was pathetic as waited 35 mins outside in very hot conditions after the booked table. never recommend this eat punjab restaurant to anyone due very poor service

everything is good but charging diet coke 80 rs while serving in tin Mrp is 80 rs..reastruant cannot do this it's against the rules
