Epitome Café – Absolute Worst Behavior Towards Customers! I’ve been visiting Epitome Café every single morning and evening. I sit there and have my tea without fail. Today, I was just standing barely 8–10 feet away, attending a phone call — not far at all. Suddenly, the owner and 2–3 shameless staff members started shouting “Oye! Oye!” at me loudly in front of a full café, as if I was trying to escape without paying! Have you lost all basic manners? Is this how you treat your regular customers? This was a public insult, pure humiliation — completely disgusting behavior. The owner knows I always pay, even when he forgets to collect the money — yet this is the kind of treatment he gives? Instead of walking a few steps and talking decently, they start barking across the café like uncivilized goons. Absolutely pathetic. What’s worse — I came to know they treat many customers the same way, shouting and humiliating them. Is this a café or a fish market? You are serving food (which tastes bad ) to customers, not doing them a favour. I myself own a multi-cuisine restaurant, and no matter how big or small the order, my staff always talks with respect to every single guest. That’s the basic standard of hospitality. Epitome Café lacks manners, customer service, and decency. If your staff has no training and your owner thinks it’s okay to shout at people like thieves, then shut your place down. You may serve tea — but you serve it with arrogance, insult, and zero respect.
