We visited Essence at Crowne Plaza on a Sunday afternoon, and it turned out to be one of the best family dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Chef Sanjeev and his team, along with our attendant Ayaan, welcomed us with such warmth that we felt right at home. The food was fantastic — an incredible spread with some of the most diverse and creative dishes we’ve seen. The desserts, in particular, were outstanding. The hospitality, ambience, and music tied it all together perfectly. If you’re looking for a place that truly makes dining feel special, I’d highly recommend Essence. Chef Sanjeev and his team genuinely make a difference.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious, the ambience was warm and inviting, and what truly stood out was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their hospitality made our evening even more special. Highly recommend this place.

fantastic experience. We had dinner buffet. Tanu and her staff were excellent at providing good service. I recommend everyone for culinary cuisine experience.

The culinary experience and service were exceptional. This was a celebration of a birthday, which is why we were provided with a complimentary cake.

The bread served with the soup was hard. The salads were not replenished and were spilling while being served. Additionally, there were no clear instructions regarding which items were included in the buffet dinner. Overall, the experience was satisfactory but could definitely be improved.

First, we were informed that the buffet will close in 30 minutes if the buffet are closing in 30 minutes, you should not accept the buffet request at 3 o’clock and 3 o’clock and 15 minutes, and then the staff is completely not attentive. I was wasted 2500 bucks.

Buffet is good but ala cart service is highly disappointing. They took 1hr to serve and curry was blend without any specie. We can see only tomato and water in chicken curry. Returned back without having dinner. Very disappointing experience.

Food is unhygienic I found stone piece in food. Five start restaurant but quality is like street vendor.
