Really had a bad experience here. After my order was placed I had to wait for 30 minute to serve food and it was not even warm. I thought I have pre-booked my table seating was not ready at time and had to change table twice

had a very unpleasant experience due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff, especially the person responsible for table allotment. There was no proper communication or courtesy shown to customers. This behavior completely spoiled the dining experience.

Staff should be humble enough to treat the customers. Pathetic expressions from the staff for making a change in the bill. Would never suggest my knowns to go there.

Ambiance is good. food is good but not many varieties in each section. taste hygienic yes all good. staff behaviour is not welcoming not even attentive to attend guest. Overall good for food and ambience not good for service

I'm sure the washroom too must have been well maintained. I did not visit so no review. The food service n portions were all excellent. truely an enjoyable experience after a long time. thanku

This was our 3rd time visit and the food quality quantity and taste are as same as 1st visit. The food taste was delicious. I will definitely recommend this to friends

The food was delicious amazing no complaints in that but the staff seems so much in hurry that we had to finish whatever we were eating quickly and leave as they were in no mood to serve more.. even though no one was there in waiting still!! No complaints in food but the hospitality can be 💯 improved!

Had a great experience at Food Stories by the westend. The ambiance was vibrant, and the food was delicious and well presented A Special mention to Mr.Jay Yadav, who has very kind attentive, and helpful thoughtout our visit.His service truly enhanced our overall experience.

Food stories by the Westend is a breath of fresh air with its unique take on Indian and global food.The ambience is great, the food is delicious and the service is a 5/5. Start with Mazze platter. I totally recommend Avacado tosties and Duo of tortas, Grilled baby potatoes, Zaatar jalepino olive kulchets absolutely delicious Cheese fondues. I recommend to everyone please visit once.
