Very Disappointed We ordered 4 plates of their so-called "specialty" pauva as takeaway, and it was a complete letdown. The food was cold and felt like it was prepared in the morning and just handed over in the evening without any reheating or care. The quality didn’t even come close to what you’d get from a regular street cart vendor. For a place that claims to specialize in pauva, this was highly disappointing.

Though already called and given instructions also to make food for children they sent very spicy food which was not at all mild chilli spread over the food. Khichu was ordered but not received at all. Zomato person are also covered them as they not answering about the issue such shops should be taken action by Zomato as such shops make Zomato customer cheats and Need to take action against such Shops

I bought Masala Poha Regular from Maninagar. The poha had preservative odour in it and was not something to be consumed. When informed at branch, they were not ready to accept If you want to buy Poha, then buy from Parimal Branch but don't order at Maninagar Branch.

Avoid going to this franchise. The quality as well as quantity of the food they provide is really bad. The poha that I had was mostly uncooked and cold. The curd in peanut chaat was not fresh at all and smelled really bad.
