Lovely place for dine or mid night chill out . Specially loved the ambiance..and tea which they served in kullad . Staff are really nice but would like mention the name of a guy Himanshu. The best person who served u with a smiley face and and polite nature .. we are impressed with his service and politeness.. All the best for his future. And rest pizza is as alwys on next level of taste . Food quality no doubt hyatt is alwys on top. Must try pizza over there . Thnks hyatt for making our evening awsm.

I recently visited a charming café that truly embodied the essence of a 5-star experience. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was enveloped in an ambiance of warmth and sophistication. The décor was tastefully curated, with cozy seating arrangements, soft lighting, and soothing background music that created a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. When my order arrived, I was delighted by the impeccable presentation and, more importantly, the burst of flavors with every bite.

Having visited Tinello, a couple of times, I had not visited Chai shop. Went on friendship day for a quick and early dinner and was so happy with the relaxed ambience! The menu is changed from the one uploaded here and there were very less options to order. Chai shop name on point! Ordered the mini burger and pasta arabiata. Had chocolate pastry for dessert. A lovely meal with lovely weather outside. Will definitely plan corporate meetings here in future.

Good place The ambiance is quite well but talking about the food its not that upto the mark as per the prices we pay The presentation of food is quite decent but the taste is sort of ok and can be improved Talking about the staff it is quite well and customer friendly The beverages are good Can go there but prefer this as a second option only because of food

It’s really a great place to visit with your friends. Ambience is awesome and the staff is also very cooperative and kind. We ordered spaghetti pasta which was really tasty. I would recommend you to visit it at midnight if you are craving for some good food and a peaceful ambience with your friends.

Loved the peaceful atmosphere here! Food and service were top notch.Loved the gladiator pizza here...the ingredients were fresh and the pizza just melted in the mouth.Cant wait to get back here again.

Awesome place for late night munching. Pizza’s are amazing. North Indian food I think so is served from the ready to cook gravies, hence one star less. Otherwise great place for late night outs.

We visited Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad on Ashram Road and went to Gazebo The café experience itself was really good, and we were having a great time. Unfortunately, the experience while leaving completely changed our impression of the property. We had come on a two-wheeler since we live barely five minutes away. Our Activa was parked in the basement, and while leaving, I stopped for literally around two minutes to wait for my friend. A security guard first asked me to move ahead because there was VIP movement/car parking in that area. I completely understood and moved ahead as instructed. Then another security guard asked me to move further, so I did. This happened again for the third time. The issue was never that we were asked to move. We understand that certain areas need to remain clear, especially during VIP movement. The issue was the lack of clear instructions and, more importantly, the way we were spoken to. If guests cannot wait in a particular area, simply tell them clearly, “You can wait here.” Instead, repeatedly being told to move from one place to another, even after following every instruction, felt unnecessarily disrespectful. It also unfortunately gave us the impression that because we had arrived on a two-wheeler rather than in a car, we were being treated differently. Whether a guest arrives in a car, on a two-wheeler, or by cab should not change the level of courtesy they receive especially at a property carrying the Hyatt name. The manager eventually came and apologised, which we appreciated. However, by then, such a small and completely avoidable issue had already turned an otherwise great evening into a very unpleasant experience. We have also visited Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad near Vastrapur/Alpha One and have never experienced anything like this there. The café and overall property were good, but the parking management, communication, and behaviour of the security staff definitely need improvement. Clear instructions and basic courtesy would have made a huge difference.
