We’ve been frequent visitors to Grill Kitchen’s Pralhad Nagar branch and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, our visit to their Sindhubavan Road branch at Times Square 2 was a major disappointment. The place felt run-down and poorly maintained, with dirty sofas and staff that seemed untrained and unmotivated. To make matters worse, some staff members had torn uniforms, which was shocking. The service was severely lacking, and the food quality didn’t come close to what we’ve enjoyed at their Prahlad Nagar location. It’s clear that the owner needs to invest in staff training, upkeep, and overall quality. Sadly, not recommended unless drastic improvements are made.

I like Grill kitchen of Chandkheda but the Grill kitchen Bodakdev is is not good they dont have what is written in menu & no proper counter to take foods. -The dessert mentioned in the menu is hidden & they ask u when do you want even if u ask to bring them & while bringing they get only few items & say others unavailable -Completely poor staff hospitality & the person on billing counter is also completely irresponsible & not ready to hear completely bossy attitude -They have issue in providing zomato/District based discounts, to avoid they come to ask three times they will say booking is not there than if we show by going on the billing counter they can see it , The above things shows -poor ethics not customer friendly & - they don't refill as well as don't have what is written in menu, Conclusion: Don't visit there completely waste of money n time Bodakdev Grill Kitchen

We booked a table for an office lunch at 1:30 PM, but when we arrived, we were informed our table was still occupied, and we had to wait over an hour. Eventually, we were seated at 2:50 PM, but the service continued to disappoint. The food was served cold, and several items we ordered were either missing or served incorrectly. Throughout the meal, the staff was inattentive and unresponsive to our requests. To top it off, we were told at the end that the chef had already left, explaining the lack of quality service and food. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and we wouldn’t recommend it based on this visit.

The price was to high compare to food quality after getting the 10% discount. The only good thing of the restaurant according to me was their service. Worst taste from the menu was welcome drinks it tastes like a cough syrup (peach mojito, malasa cola and khus lemon cooler). Also, someone share good play list with them.

The food was of average quality.. no options in jain food.. many items not available in jain , food quality not Upto the mark, puri too oily Subji taste was very bad

they have created separate bill for my kid , so no offer given on same not happy with attitude of billing counter manager as extra charges taken from me..
